CONVENIENCE IS KEY

Early Riser? Take the daily AM live class. Prefer to work out later? Access a recorded version of the live class for up to 48 hours.

FULL BODY WORKOUT

The schedule is set up to provide awell - rounded weekly program, challenging all of the muscles in the body and addressing all movement patterns. 

The format will keep you motivated to stay consistent all week long.

All workouts are 30 minutes.

There is one LIVE CLASS in the morning.

The recorded workouts will be available approximately 15 minutes after the LIVE class is completed.
