Sean holds a Bachelor’s degree in Kinesiology from The University of Massachusetts- Amherst, and has been working in the fitness industry for over 15 years. He is a Certified Exercise Coach, and Holistic Lifestyle Coach through the C.H.E.K. Institute (Corrective - High Performance - Exercise - Kinesiology).
Sean specializes in taking a detailed approach. From elite athletes, to those who are just getting started, his mission is to evaluate and build a program catered to each individual.
Foundation is paramount! Building a proper foundation through functional strength training and appropriate lifestyle modifications will be the key to getting what you desire in the long run. Communication from the beginning will determine the steps that must be taken, and how to progress the intensity from there. Each person is ready for a certain level of commitment, and needs to be given exactly what is suitable for them.
Accountability! As you progress with Sean on your plan, he will keep you in check on a weekly basis with the information and motivation you need for success.
